Mr. John Adler, President, achieved a Masters in Business Administration in Finance and Marketing from Boston College in Newton, Massachusetts. Mr. Adler has spent over 30 years in the finance, business development and acquisitions fields. He has a solid record of achievement in the financing of a variety of companies, in a cross section of industries, that include companies in the specialty finance area, real estate manufacturing, distribution, financial services, energy, gaming, restaurants and retail industries.
Mr. Adler has arranged and financed in excess of $200,000,000 (Two hundred Million Dollars) in financing both as a lender and as an advisor and consultant to borrowers.
Mr. Adler has also been a principal and director in companies in the distribution and financial services industries.
Mr. Adler served as Relationship Manager/Lender for First City National Bank of Houston, a Middle Market Energy Bank, specializing in financing energy and energy-related industries. He was instrumental in analyzing, structuring, negotiating and consummating multi-million dollar credit transactions for energy related companies.
